Here the accommodation can accommodate everything worth knowing from A to Z in German and English.
ARRIVAL: Our regular check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m.
ALLERGENS: Since December 1, 2014, the EU has stipulated that the 14 main allergens should be labeled. We did not mark them separately. Our service team will be happy to inform you about allergenic ingredients in our dishes.
ACTIVE CLUB: The largest indoor and outdoor sports leisure park in Vorarlberg. With the guest card you get discounts on admission to our sensational Alpenbad Montafon, the great mini golf course in the center of Schruns or even on the artificial ice rink (from October to March). You can also expect an adventure forest, bouncy castles, ping-pong and much more. You can get the guest card at the reception.
BABY: We are happy to provide high-quality cots for our youngest guests.
BANKS: There is a Raiffeisen bank in the center of Tschaggun, which has a 24-hour ATM service. Pay attention to the daily limit abroad of mostly € 400. There are several different banks in the neighboring town of Schruns.
BERGEPlus: The BergePlus BASIS program is free for you as our guests with the guest card. Participation in the numerous activities (climbing, hiking, biking, snowshoeing...) can be reserved at reception. Registration is required by 5 p.m. the day before at the latest.
BREAKFAST BUFFET You can enjoy what is probably the most important meal of the day between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. in the dining room.
BEVERAGE CONSUMPTION: The consumed beverages are booked to the room number. At breakfast the receipt is on the table. We ask you to check and sign the receipt. Should an error creep in, please correct it directly on the beverage receipt. Of course you can also contact the reception to have the error corrected immediately.
CHECK IN: Our regular check-in time starts at 3:00 p.m.
CHECK OUT: We ask you to vacate the room by 10:30 a.m. on the day of departure. If we do not need the room on the day of departure, a late check-out is of course possible - please ask us at reception.
CARDS & BOARD GAMES: You can get them at our reception.
CHILDREN: Children can either eat our evening menu or choose a special children's meal. The sauna area is a place of rest and relaxation. Children under the age of 14 are not admitted.
DEFECTS: The most important thing for us are satisfied guests. We therefore ask you to inform us of any defects. Of course, we are very grateful for tips and suggestions.
DEPARTURE: We ask you to vacate the room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
DINNER: We spoil you with culinary delights between 6.30 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. in the hotel dining room.
DOCTOR & PHARMACY: Of course we hope that you don't need one and if you do, we will be happy to help at reception.
DOGS: Out of consideration for the other guests, we ask you not to take your faithful four-legged friends with you into the house guest dining room and the wellness area. We would be happy to reserve a table for you in our cozy restaurant for a meal together with your four-legged family member. Please let us know upon arrival if we can make reservations for you in the restaurant. Thank you very much.
ELEKTROBIKE: Have you always wanted to test an e-bike? No problem. During the summer months you can rent an electric bike at "Intersport" in the center of Schruns. Special guided tours are also offered. Try an e-bike and you will be amazed. As our guest, you will receive a 10% discount on rentals with the guest card.
EMERGENCY CALL: If an emergency should occur during the night, please call the emergency number from your room. Open the night entrance so that the emergency services can come into the house. In case of a health emergency dial 144 to reach the EMERGENCY - don't forget the "R-KEY" for the outside line. You can reach the reception at 9 (internal - without "R") From 10 p.m. dial 7 (internal - without "R-KEY"). Dial 133 for the POLICE and 122 for the FIRE DEPARTMENT.
EARLY DEPARTURE: The ÖHVB regulations apply. In this case, the booked room rate (minus the cost of meals) will be charged for the entire length of your stay.
FACEBOOK: We look forward to likes, postings and ratings.
FINAL BILL: The final bill will be completed at reception on the day of departure. If you wish, you can receive an interim invoice to check on the evening before your departure or during your stay. When the final bill is issued, your room telephone is automatically checked out. We ask for your understanding. The guest telephone at the reception is available for further telephone calls afterwards.
FIRE ALARM: In the event of a fire, follow the emergency lights that will identify the escape route. Fire extinguishers are stationed throughout the house.
FOOD: Please let us know in good time whether you suffer from a food intolerance or allergy or prefer a vegetarian diet. Only then can the kitchen team adapt and prepare a delicious and customized menu.
HAIRDRESSER: We would be happy to reserve an appointment for you with a hairdresser in Tschagguns or the surrounding area - please contact our reception.
HOTEL SHUTTLE: We are happy to take care of the transfer to and from the train station for your arrival and departure.
HIKING BOOTS: Please use the shoe room in the basement for your hiking boots.
HIKING POLES: Are available to you free of charge at the reception.
INTERNET: With us you surf for FREE! It's very simple --> Connect your device to the Montabella guest internet WiFi network and enter the ACCESS CODE montabella1.
INTOLERANCES: We will let you know at an early stage whether you suffer from a food intolerance or allergy so that our kitchen team can prepare accordingly. As a vegetarian, we also ask you to send us a short message - we would be happy to prepare a vegetarian menu alternative.
LATE-CHECK-OUT: If we do not need the room on the day of departure, a late check-out is of course possible - please inquire about this at the reception.
PARKING: Our hotel car park is available to you free of charge during your stay.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: You are welcome to pay the bill in cash (also in all common national currencies exchanged at the daily rate), with Maestro or credit card (MasterCard and Visa).
ROOM RELEASE: We ask you to vacate the room by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.
ROOM KEY: We would like to point out that the hotel's entrance door is closed from 10 p.m. - but you can go in and out at any time with your room key. We kindly ask you to leave the room key at the reception upon departure. In case of loss EUR 40.- will be charged.
SMOKING: You can use the terrace in front of the hotel and the south-facing sun terrace. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Thank you for understanding!
SAFE: There is a small safe in the room with a number code or key. We also recommend that you do not take the key with you on the slopes or on a hiking tour during your stay. You are welcome to deposit it safely at reception. If a safe key is lost, we have to charge EUR 40.-.
SKI & SNOWBOARD ROOM: This offers enough space for ski equipment. The outside door is locked from 7 p.m. to 8 a.m. In the summer months you are welcome to let your wet sportswear dry and store your hiking boots.
SKI & SNOWBOARD BOOTS: To store your ski or snowboard boots, please use the room provided for this purpose in the basement of the hotel, which is equipped with a ski boot warmer and dryer. SKI RENTAL: Rental, service, advice and sale of ski equipment is possible at Intersport in Tschagguns or in Schruns. As our guest you will receive a 10% discount there. There is a voucher for this at the reception.
TRAVEL UTENSILS: Toothbrushes & toothpaste as well as sewing cases are available from us at reception on request.
DRINKING WATER: The water from our taps is spring water from the Gauertal and can be consumed without hesitation.
TELEPHONE: To make a call outside the home, please first press the R KEY and then dial the desired number. Unfortunately, you cannot make phone calls from room to room. You can reach our reception on number 9 (internally without "R"). In EMERGENCIES we can also be reached at night on number 7 (internally without "R") in our private apartment.
TIP: A piggy bank for the busy Montabella bees is located at the reception. Many thanks on behalf of the whole team ?
TICKET SERVICE: Do you want to visit a cultural event? We are happy to organize that. The multi-day ticket for winter and the leisure pass for summer are available directly from us at reception.
TOUR RECOMMENDATIONS: For a hiking, biking and tour recommendation, please contact our reception - Markus and Daniela Däubl-Gabrielli, will be happy to help you and give you tips for the most beautiful tours in the Montafon. There is also an active map in your room folder, which you can use to put together your individual hiking tour.
TOBOGGANING: Our hotel's own toboggans are located in the ski boot room and can be used free of charge at any time. In the winter months, you can go on a wonderful winter hike through the Gauertal directly from the hotel, followed by a toboggan run back to the hotel, or for those who want to limit their sporting activity to tobogganing, there is the option of the toboggan run in the GOLM ski area from Latschau Stausee to Vandans Glide down a prepared toboggan run of 3 km on the runners into the valley and ascend again by gondola. Night tobogganing is double the fun: tobogganing in the dark! The toboggan run is illuminated every Friday and Saturday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., depending on the snow conditions. And the Golmerbahn also runs until 9 p.m. on these days! Extra night toboggan tickets required. In the summer months you can also toboggan on the GOLM exercise mountain. The Alpine Coaster and the brand new forest slide park guarantee lots of fun for the whole family.

VEGETARIAN: As a vegetarian, we kindly ask you to let us know in good time - our kitchen team will be happy to prepare the vegetarian menu alternative.
WELLNESS AREA: During the winter months, our sauna and steam bath are included free of charge every day except Mondays from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. and our sauna can be used free of charge every Tuesday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. This is a textile free zone. Children under the age of 14 are not admitted. Large sauna towels and seat cushions are available free of charge at reception. Outside of these times, our sauna and steam bath can be rented exclusively for a fee.
